All-rounder
A name synonymous with Tasmanian cricket, Sasha Moloney has been a key player for the Tigers for nearly ten years, whose contribution with both bat and ball have made her invaluable.
Former skipper of both the Tigers and the Hobart Hurricanes, Moloney first broke into the system back in 2011, signing for the then Tasmanian Roar. Her aggressive batting and crafty off-breaks have told the story ever since, and though suffering injuries on occasion, has always managed to overcome each obstacle.
Hailing from Longford, Moloney represents the Tasmanian pathway perfectly – and has no doubt inspired many young local cricketers while wearing a Tigers uniform.
