Dominic Baker
Chief Executive Officer
Dom has over 25 years’ experience in management at a range of iconic Tasmanian organisations, including as General Manager of the Cascade Brewery, as well as multiple General Manager roles with the Federal Group. Dom has also served as a Director of several organisations, including AFL Tasmania, the Tasmanian Hospitality Association, and the Australian Liquor Stores Association. Currently, Dom is the Chair of Business Events Tasmania (BETasmania). A proud Tasmanian and passionate sportsperson, Dom remains active in coaching junior sport at the community level.

Salliann Beams
General Manager - High Performance
Salliann was appointed as General Manager of High Performance in September 2022, after having previously held the role as Head Coach of the Female Tasmanian Tigers and Hobart Hurricanes programs, from 2018 to 2022. In her fourth season at the helm, Salliann led the Tigers to a history-making, first-ever Women’s National Cricket League title. Originally from England, Salliann previously worked as a Head Coach for several other professional sporting organisations and was also the High Performance Manager for Loughborough University’s elite cricket teams, from 2009 to 2018.

Alex King
General Manager - Community Cricket
Alex grew up on Tasmania’s North West coast, where he is still based today with his young family. Growing up around community sporting clubs, Alex developed a passion for the role sport can play within communities and the positive effects it can have on people’s lives. After commencing his work in cricket with Cricket Tasmania in 2008 as a Cricket Development Officer, Alex then worked for Cricket Australia from 2013 to 2017 as a Cricket Participation Specialist, based first in Hobart and then in Brisbane. In 2017 he returned to his home state, working in the role of Cricket Manager – North West, before being promoted to the role of Greater Norther Cricket Manager in 2019. He started in his current position in 2022.

Brad Millwood
Chief Finance Officer
Brad is Cricket Tasmania’s Chief Finance Officer, with over 28 years’ of financial management experience across a range of industries, having previously held roles both interstate and overseas. Brad has been qualified as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) since 2001, and in 2022 became a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Brad commenced his employment with Cricket Tasmania in 2019, with his tenure now extending four years.

Alison Turner
General Manager - Partnerships & Infrastructure
Alison has held several senior positions within the Tasmanian Government prior to commencing her role with cricket. These have included ministerial advisory roles, working with the Department of State Growth as the Director, Major Project Delivery. Alison’s skill set and experience is a great fit for her role within Australian Cricket, as we continue to strengthen our relationship with Government at all levels and tackle the creation of a State Infrastructure Plan for cricket. Alison is also a strong contributor to Australian Cricket’s national Government Relations and Infrastructure Teams, representing Tasmania’s interests.

Shayne Wicks
General Manager - Marketing & Communications
Born in Tasmania Shayne spent over 23 years with the Federal Group in various senior marketing entertainment and loyalty leadership roles at both Country Club Tasmania and Wrest Point. In 2016 he left Tasmania and spent 3 years as Marketing Manager for The Melbourne Racing Club and their 12 Victorian club venues before joining SkyCity Entertainment Group as General Manager Marketing at SkyCity Casino Darwin relocating to Adelaide in 2019 as General Manager Marketing at the newly refurbished SkyCity Adelaide Hotel and Casino.

Scott Woodham
General Manager - Venue Operations
Scott is a highly accomplished and dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in the Facility and Venue Management industry. As General Manager of Venue Operations at Blundstone Arena, Scott plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of one of Australia's premier boutique sporting venues. Before joining Cricket Tasmania in October 2021, Scott held positions as the Manager of the Silverdome Launceston and the State Facility and Services Manager for TasTAFE, honing his skills in facility management, event planning, risk management, and customer service.
