Cricket Tasmania’s Male Pathway Program is managed by Ali de Winter.
The pathway begins for male cricketers with the Under 15 Hurricanes Youth Academy which is run by Clive Rose.
There are three squads within the academy in the South, North and the North-West.
It involves a 10-week training program with matches that follow throughout the season.
The next program available is the Cricket Tasmania Pathway Academy which has hubs in the South, North and North-West led by Clive Rose and Alistair Taylor.
The South has an Under 17 Hurricanes Academy Squad which is managed by Clive Rose.
ext step in the pathway for men is the Cricket Tasmania Premier League Talent Squad which is conducted in the South of Tasmania.
It consists of the best performed players in 1st Grade and identified Under 19 players, coached by Clive Rose and Ali de Winter.
The equivalent program in the North of the state is the Greater Northern Raiders program, coached by Tim Coyle.
The final step in the Male Pathway Program is the Tasmanian Tigers Male Team.
