About the role 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager.  Reporting to the General Manager – Business Services, the newly created position of Finance Manager will oversee CT’s financial performance, ensuring profitability, sustainability and maximising reinvestment into Tasmanian cricket.  This role involves leading the Finance team, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with CT’s statutory financial obligations. 

About you 
Proven experience in financial management or accounting with CPA or CA qualifications. 
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in the application of the Australian Accounting Standards. 
Demonstrated understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements. 
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate initiative, the capacity to think critically and identify solutions. 
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high performing Finance team in a collaborative environment 
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial matters in a clear and concise way. 
A team player, with a positive attitude, who can work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
