The Tigers return to WNCL action once again tomorrow night, in what is shaping up to be a huge match with major repercussions on the final WNCL standings.
The equation is simple for Tasmania, win against Victoria and hope that NSW and South Australia drop their matches tomorrow.
Tasmania's win yesterday against Victoria was arguably the game of the season in the WNCL, as they won by one run on the last ball of the game.
Rachel Trenaman continued her rich vein of form, scoring her first WNCL hundred and her third consecutive score above fifty since returning to professional cricket in February.
Trenaman's partnership with Naomi Stalenberg, who also scored 80, had a total of 190 runs and came at a crucial time when Tasmania was 3-37.
Setting Victoria 255 runs to win, the Tasmanian spinners were once again vital in their win taking all nine of Victoria's wickets.
Leg-spinner Amy Smith was the pick of the bowlers taking 5-45, while Molly Strano in her 100th WNCL match took 2-45 including the crucial wickets of Georgia Prestwidge and Sasha Moloney.
Tasmania's squad for the match tomorrow will remain unchanged from their last match against Victoria.
The Day/Night fixture starts at 2.00 pm Hobart time and will be Tasmania's last WNCL match at Ninja Stadium for the season considering they are unable to finish higher than second.
Their squad of thirteen is as follows:
Elyse Villani (C)
Nicola Carey
Julia Cavanough
Maisy Gibson
Ruth Johnston
Emma Manix-Geeves
Tabatha Saville
Amy Smith
