The reigning three-time WNCL Champions, Tasmanian Tigers, will be looking to continue their dynasty and chase their fourth successive title after finalising their squad for the 2024-25 season.
Continuity is a crucial factor for any championship-winning team, and the Tigers have followed that formula as they move into pre-season training ahead of the WNCL season.
With many senior players already under contract going into the 2024-25 season, re-signing talent was a top priority for Tigers Head Coach, Jude Coleman and her team.
Hayley Silver-Holmes, Lauren Smith, and Lizelle Lee were all re-signed for two seasons.
Maisy Gibson, Beth Lane, Emma Manix-Geeves, Tabatha Saville, and Callie Wilson are all returning on one-year deals for another season.
The Tigers newest signing for this upcoming season is Queenslander Ruth Johnston, a name familiar to all Tasmanian cricket fans, having featured for the Hobart Hurricanes for the past three WBBL seasons.
Departing the Tigers is former captain Sasha Moloney, who has signed with Victoria after a 13-year Tasmanian career, and beloved teammate Clare Scott has not been offered a contract after making her debut in the 2021-22 season.

Head Coach of the Female Program, Jude Coleman, discussed her confidence in the 2024-25 Female Tasmanian Tigers list.
"We are confident that we have a strong list who can help continue the momentum we have built over the past few seasons.
"I am looking forward to seeing Ruthy don the Tassie colours all year round, and I am sure she will be an important aspect of our squad next season, along with all of our re-signings from last season's group.
"Sash and Scotty are both incredible people who will be sorely missed in the Tigers set-up, and I would love to thank them for all they have brought to our squad,” said Coleman.
